Longueville Garden House

1960’s bungalow renovation and enlargement.

Perched at the top of a large T shaped site is a 1960’s bungalow surrounded by lush gardens but with limited views to the nearby Woodford Bay and Lane Cove River waterfront.

The existing building footprint was retained and the house was transformed into a two storey home surrounded by various ground floor courtyards addressing the unusually shaped site.

Living rooms were divided over the two levels with the first floor family room and master bedroom gaining extensive uninterrupted views of Sydney Harbour .
